Whereas Vatika Jaipur SEZ Developers Ltd of Rajasthan has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector-specific special economic zone for information technology or information technology enabled services at Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway, Jaipur, Rajasthan;
And whereas, the Central government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector-specific special economic zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on June 16, 2006;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central government hereby notifies the following area at Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway, Jaipur, Rajasthan, comprising the survey numbers and the area, as a special economic zone.

New IT SEZs in Noida, GurgaonNoida: Whereas Seaview Developers Ltd in Uttar Pradesh has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector-specific special economic zone for information technology at Plot No.20 and 21, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh;
And whereas the Central government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sun-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector-specific special economic zone for information technology at the said Plot No.20 and 21, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on June 21, 2006;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central government hereby notifies the land measuring 12 hectares at Plot No.20 and 21, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, as a special economic zone.

Ltd, a fully private organisation in Haryana, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector-specific special economic zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Gwal Pahari village, Sohna tehsil, Gurgaon district, Haryana;
And, whereas, the Central government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector-specific special economic zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Gwal Pahari village, Sohna tehsil, Gurgaon district, Haryana, on July 26, 2007;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in Pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central government hereby notifies the following area at Gwal Pahari village, Sohna tehsil,

And, whereas, the Central government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector-specific special economic zone for food processing sector at Vakalapudi village area on July 26, 2007;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central government hereby notifies the following area at Vakalapudi village, Kakinada Rural Mandal, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, comprising the survey numbers and the area given as a special economic zone.
