We are an IT Services company enjoying STPI benefits. We plan to shift to move to a SEZ in Bangalore.
Our query is:
Can we shift our unit to an SEZ unit developed by another company (using their spare capacity) in an SEZ zone and enjoy the SEZ benefits?
Is it mandatory that the SEZ unit has to be set up and used by the company getting the permission to set up the SEZ unit? |
