We wish to open a new company in India.
Business PURPOSE of Indian company -
“The business purpose of the Indian Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall be to:
1. Act as commercial agent for Comecer Spa (hereinafter referred to as “the Investor”) and, consequently, to promote the sales of the products manufactured by the Investor;
2. Promote and market the products manufactured by the Investor;
3. Carry out marketing activities;
4. Manufacture products which are identical or similar to those manufactured by the Investor;
5. Acquire shares issued by other Indian companies whose business activities are instrumental for the Company to achieve its business purpose.”
I ask you advice me whether the Business Purpose can fit in order to apply for the SEZ.
What is the process involve in setting up unit in SEZ and what are the tentative budget for that. |
